Welcome to Goleiro, the brainchild of goalkeeper and football coach Giuseppe Emma. Among our offerings, we have a special program called goleiro, which means 'Goalkeeper' in Portuguese. It was established in the spring of 2024 with the aim of creating opportunities for both male and female goalkeepers, aged 8-16, to access weekly goalkeeping sessions at venues in the Greater Manchester, Warrington and Liverpool areas.

Our aim is to provide young goalkeepers in the North West of England area with specialized and professional goleiro coaching in a unique way. This includes integrating the skill set of a Futsal goalkeeper with the fundamentals of a modern-day mainstream football goalkeeper. With this approach, the connection between Futsal and football creates a great mix to develop goalkeeper as well as footballers in general. This philosophy is at the core of our program! We recognize the need for specialized goalkeeping coaching at the grassroots level, and we have worked hard to offer services that are both affordable and inclusive for all.

At Goleiro, we have put in place a variety of coaching options available to goalkeepers of all ages, with the aim of providing a complete goalkeeping coaching package. So, whether you are an individual goalkeeper looking to have fun while developing your game on a weekly basis, or you are connected to a local grassroots club and prefer to work with other goalkeepers from the same club in your regular training environment, Goleiro is the choice for all goalkeepers in the North West area.
